RLS installed it’s first robotic palletizer in 2005 in a food plant in Michigan handling both bag stock and trays of canned milk. The technology has come a long way since then allowing the robots to be faster, more reliable and coupled with state of the art control systems to allow ease of programming and data acquisition. RLS has since sold many more systems handling a very diverse arrangement of products.
Cases, trays of juice containers, bag stock, full 55 gallon drums, full 5 gallon plastic pails and 20 liter steel pails. The videos show examples of these installations.
